We are not a collection agency; however we make a courtesy phone call to make sure the patients received the statement, answer any questions they might ask, etc. We will send you a weekly/ monthly report recommending a list of patients can be moved to collections which are over 90 days.
We maintain a turn-around-time of 24 to 48 hours on claim submissions.
