Subramanian R (Subu) has over 15 years of experience and a successful track record in a variety of business management functions, including Business Transformation & Re-engineering, Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Business Development, Sales and P & L Management.Always up to date on the changes in the US Healthcare space, he specializes in providing effective leadership to unfamiliar processes and turning ambiguous & new situations into improvement opportunities. Before starting RM, Subu has held various leadership positions in Large offshore healthcare orgnaizations and was instrumental in a large scale change management. His focus is exceeding the expectation of the end client through implementing innovative technologies.

Nithyaselvan Tamilarasan (Nithya) has over 12 years of experience in offshore Healthcare RCM including Claim Rejections, Denial Management, AR analytics, Payments, charges He has vast experience in project delivery, process management, Lean Implementation and people development. with Ever changing Healthcare space, his quick adaptation methodologies have complimented our client with consistent cash flow in terms of GCR, NCR and RPVs. Nithya, with his experience in process automation, software implementation, has always challenged the status quo to improve the delivery model by the hour.

Gopinath Chandrasekar (Frank) has over 12 years of experience in Offshore Healthcare RCM space, where he has managed Quality, Compliance for various large scale offshore healthcare companies in India. Frank heads our quality control, quality assurance and compliance teams. Frank is responsible for all aspects of business that ensure Consistent, Compliant and Superior Service Delivery to our Clients and managing the Internal Processes & Best Practices that drive this objective of implementing various quality assurance process to ensure we are compliant with ever changing Healthcare RCM industry. His various contributions towards reduction in cycle time in multiple engagements led to enhanced business experience for clients
Boopesh Varma (Bob) has over 10 years of experience in the offshore Healthcare RCM space and heads the Business Development function at RM, he has extensive knowledge of the Cross-border Healthcare Offshoring Industry giving him an excellent understanding of the specific requirements of clients. He has helped them recognize significant savings through Onshore and Offshore Outsourcing. Bob has played various roles in Operations, transition, pre-sales expertise lies in New Client Acquisitions, Client Relationship Management, Transitions, Operational Management and Business Excellence.
